My prescription. The second eye test with a different optician was fine but it?s meant a significant delay to getting my glasses and multiple trips to the opticians

The two ladies on the front desk were very friendly and professional but I was VERY disappointed with the Optician Choudhury Rahman who was very abrupt and seemed in an awful hurry and took very little notice of concerns I had with problems with my eyes,he also informed me I didn't have a cataract when on my last visit I was told I had!.I have used Vision Express before without any problems but because of the attitude from this optician I will not be using Vision Express again.

Once again I simply cannot praise the team at Vision Express Wrexham enough. The optician was incredibly knowledgeable and ensured that my prescription met with my needs. The rest of the team were very professional and provided a lot of advice, including style of frame (I know very little about style!).
