Stood by counter while being totally ignored by staff for 15 minutes until 1 of the opticians came out and asked if I was being seen to glasses over a week late and nobody answers the phone certainly won't be using again!!!

Was attended to by a lovely lady Stacey. Stacey advised me on which shape and style suited me and together we chose two pairs of glasses. can?t wait to have them especially the sun glasses. Highly recommend.

Throughout my appointment at vision express the staff were very friendly, caring, polite throughout and always smiling. Their attention to detail with regards to the customers needs and requirements for glasses were spot on. The vision express staff never left anything out and they never rushed through the process of the eye test. I fully recommend vision express to be the place to go for your eye tests.

My Husband and i had a appointment on July 19th . Received phone call last minute to say optician had gone home ill . So re booked for August 4th . We arrived for our appointment only to be told , no optician had turned up. We had no phone call to say it had been cancelled and no apology . Very disappointing after travelling to get to appointment. Sorry but with us in our seventies will not use Vision Express opticians again.
