Bought an end of roll a few weeks back. Service was great. However on fitting said carpet the guys obviously didn't check which way the widest part of the room was and now I have a very clear cut line across one side of my carpet where they had to add to one side. So slightly disappointed after spending so much in there. Bed is super comfy too

Went in to see about fitting carpet through the house, the man behind the counter was arrogant, dismissive and unhelpful had the air of authority in his tone.Shame really we have saved up a fair whack to spend somewhere on it but thanks to him it won't be there.

Brilliant help in store couple of days before fitting by two top chaps absolutely lovely job even sorted the cupboard space with my cut off most places you would have to do yourself can fault will be back soon for another room ???

Couldnt fault our experience whatsoever!Got a great bargain on some quality carpets and underlay with a knowledgeable man in store. 2 guys came to fit it, literally took them 30 mins for 2 rooms no messing around. We absolutely love it

Good shop to deal with. Sales people don't pressure or overly bother you but are helpful when required and a good selection of carpets including a lot of bargain priced roll ends.
