Absolutely dreadful company. Bought a bike 6 months ago, has hardly been used and is not fit for purpose, bolt snapped and company claiming it?s wear and tear. Refusing to help despite showing that it?s hardly been used. Looked for every single excuse possible not to help. Do not order from these people.

Shocking service, wasn?t clear one item on my order was out of stock, no communication, I had to chase them. Asked for them to send the parts of my order in stock out separately as was a present for my son, still not arrived! No communication until now saying the rest of my order is in stock and they refunded me and so if I want it I need to repay for it but I have no returned payment in my bank

Recently I needed a replacement Future Head Shock for an old but much love Roubaix. Tweeks Cycles staff were very helpful, acting as a go between with Specialized and responded rapidly to my e-mails. Their e-mails were friendly and understanding. It was excellent customer service. I really appreciate their help. The new FHS is now fitted and working perfectly.

Ordered a set of bars, and I ordered the wrong diameter - totally my mistake. Tweeks customer services was amazing, especially Lucy. They processed the return really quickly and updated me on the progress of the correct item which they didn?t have in stock. As I was going on a riding trip, they sent the correct bars out on a Saturday delivery at no extra charge to me as soon as they arrived at the shop.
Very pleased with the service and I will definitely buy from them again.

I recently purchased a bike from Tweek Cycles, excited to receive the specific model I had chosen after a lot of careful research. Unfortunately, the experience left me quite frustrated and disappointed.
After placing the order, I received a different coloured bike to the one I had purchased. It wasn?t just a case of a different colour but to make matters worse, it was a women?s model. At no point prior to dispatch was I informed that the original bike I had ordered was unavailable. Instead, the substitution was made without any communication or consent.
This was especially frustrating given that Tweek Cycles claim all bikes are manually inspected before dispatch. If that?s the case, it?s hard to understand how such an obvious error (or decision) was allowed to go out the door without a courtesy call or email. It felt careless and dismissive of customer expectations.
That said, I chose not to return the bike and insisted on compensation primarily because this particular model is difficult to find elsewhere, I needed it urgently and the size of the box was taking up a large chunk of my home. It?s not ideal, and I still feel misled by the process and the company.
I do, however, want to acknowledge Josh in customer support, who handled the situation very professionally. He was courteous, responsive, and genuinely tried to make things right within the limits of what he could offer. His approach helped take some of the sting out of an otherwise disappointing experience.
In short: Great customer service ? but a poor buying experience from a company with a lousy stock management system. All this could have been avoided with simple communication and transparency.
