Absolutely dreadful company. Bought a bike 6 months ago, has hardly been used and is not fit for purpose, bolt snapped and company claiming it’s wear and tear. Refusing to help despite showing that it’s hardly been used. Looked for every single excuse possible not to help. Do not order from these people.

Shocking service, wasn’t clear one item on my order was out of stock, no communication, I had to chase them. Asked for them to send the parts of my order in stock out separately as was a present for my son, still not arrived!
