Not worth calling into the branch, they won't answer the phone. Rude staff, condescending. Don't recommend.

Nerys is just amazing! Although my situation was a little out of the ordinary, she went out of her way to provide appropriate support and (most importantly) she overcame a number of challenges to get the job done! I can't thank her enough.

Why’s it so difficult to speak to a real person over the telephone? All I seem to be able to get hold of is an automated voice which just sends me round in circles
