The room was clean. The location is a bit noisy, next to the bypass, but I knew that, so that didn't bother me.
What did bother me was the extra charges for parking, and also for wifi - the free 30 mins wifi didn't work, so I didn't even try the paid version. Phone reception is also terrible inside, had to go outside to make phone calls.
Lastly, the breakfast 'to go' box is terrible, worse that you get on a plane. You can get a better takeaway breakfast from the petrol station next door.
Overall, not recomended, sorry.

Rooms are lovely and haven't long been redecorated, service is great too but the location isn't great with suspicious people hanging around and can constantly hear the sound of traffic from the main road in the rooms with the windows shut too.

Rooms are ok. Standard basic Travelodge. However, BEWARE car parking £5.50 per night on top of hotel charges. Only 30 mins of free WiFi. Factor these in to your overnight room cost!

The room was cheap when we stayed, so never expected too much, but it even fell short of this. Add the price of parking and it's not so cheap!!
When we arrived, the receptionist made no attempt to get up and greet us, not even a hello or good evening. No conversation at all, just looked at us expectantly, waiting for a name. She then just handed the key and said nothing. A total contrast to the night before when we stayed at a travelodge up the road in Chester. Unlike the evening before, there was no explanation of the keys and fob, no mention that we had to pat for parking and didn't even explain where our room was. When we went out, there was a strange man sat in the lobby, foot on table, talking to here. We returned an hour later and he was still there with a hot drink, so we were ignored again.
The room was clean enough, we could smell paint in the hallway, so maybe it's had a refresh. The bed wasn't that comfortable and even though the room might look newer, the building isn't very soundproof, we woke several times by the room upstairs walking around.
To towels and linen had a strange smell to it too, maybe too much chemicals.
Would we stay here again, even at the cheap price? NO!!

I booked a room few week ago i booked for 4 day's and keep that room for 2 days and do my checkout early cuz i got an emergency the receptionist told that I'm going to get refund but still didn't get refund

Besides the great price we had this one is a little old around the edges the rooms could do with updating and the bathroom was not in the best shape shower head was broken toilet took ages to fill the bed ws comfy and clean and it was good for a nights sleep not much around to find somewhere to eat

Rather basic. No soap solution in bathroom dispensers. No glasses for water or tooth brushes. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lift not available. No hairdryer in the room.
