We bought the tiles for our new kitchen here. The gentleman that helped us was wonderful and his customer service was outstanding which is why I?m leaving this review. We had an idea of what we wanted and the chap Stuart showed us all of our options in all price ranges. He was extremely knowledgeable and worked out everything we needed. He even went the extra mile to get it delivered in a timely manner. The job is now complete without any left overs, only one box to spare to be returned which is wonderful. Thank you Stuart for making this process so easy for us.

I recently visited Top Tiles in Wrexham. Ian the deputy manager was so helpful, and had so much knowledge and advice. Alternatively another member of staff was extremely pleasant and kind and helpful, I didn't ask his name but he was the guy from Birmingham.

Ordered my floor tiles with the great team in the Wrexham branch. Jordan & Ian were both professional and helpful through the process.. Following my initial order I had a change of plan a few days later which involved a reduction in number of tiles , once again the guys were very helpful and responsive..Great service all round.
