Excellent store, they sell everything you could possibly want whether you're a DIY enthusiast or a professional. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking is right outside the store, ideal for when you have heavier items to load. I believe they also deliver but I use the online store when I need a delivery. You can opt to 'click and collect' and within 5 minutes a text will arrive on your mobile telling you the order is ready for collection. I believe such orders will be held for 14 days but I've not left anything longer than 2 days to find out - if you place an order you obviously need the items so pick them up ASAP!

Never got items in Stock terrible even every day items very frustrating stopped going there now as a trade customer. Spent a lot of money over the years and screwfix took up the challenge and never had an issue.

Excellent service as always staff are polite and friendly as well as helpful x items in stock which is always a bonus, if not then they can be ordered for the next day no big issue unless you need it instantly ie burst pipe or leaking loo 5 ***** as always was even open on boxing day. Husband sent me on a mission to find a few items he needed had to wait for one to arrive the following day but not urgent chimney cowl so happy to wait the extra day.

This branch is about average for Toolstation, but the posted opening times have been wrong for over two years and the management don't care enough about it to update them - be careful if you go along as they usually shut earlier than stated.
