My eye test was efficient and everything explained. I chose varifocals in two styles, 1 pair reactive and the other Polaroid sunglasses. Very pleased with both pair.

Specsavers in Wrexham were amazing today. I had previously bought glasses there but had to return them as they were uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time due to a problem with the bridge of my nose.
I felt that they were so understanding of the issue & they helped me to choose a more appropriate pair. These were exchanged at no cost & the collection time of 1 week is timely.
A very welcoming and professional branch with lovely staff (especially Clare).

I had a great experience at Specsavers Wrexham. The lady who did my eye test was so kind and professional. She explained everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable. I even thought about bringing her flowers to thank her ? that?s how lovely she was! Highly recommended.
