“Fantastic experience getting my daughter's first school shoes today. She has long narrow feet, in between sizes and is a generally nervous child. We've had mixed experiences in the past, but this time the lady that did the measurements was lovely, she made my daughter feel at ease and talked everything through with her, as well as myself. “Has good variety of clothes for all the family. Staff helpful but not pushy. Only thing I didnt like was being told to use self check out if paying by card... I HATE self check out, when I refused I was served by a member of staff who was very polite.”

“Visited the store today to purchase a shirt. The two ladies upstairs in the men’s department couldn’t be anymore helpful. I required a specific type of shirt and they both went out of their way to show me all of the options and advise me on the materials , sizing etc.I left the store with exactly what I was requiring and was extremely happy with the service provided.
