I had a really poor experience at the Wrexham store today. The person at the till was checking messages on his mobile phone while serving me, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. When I wished him a good weekend, his response was a blunt ?yeah, bye? ? delivered with a couldn?t-care-less attitude. It left a very bad impression and certainly didn?t feel like the level of service I would expect from Screwfix.

Although the warranty had just run out on a pressure washer I had purchased from Wrexham the staff were able to arrange an exchange for a slightly more expensive item and even gave me a discount for my inconvenience, very helpful and I cannot recommend them enough!

Just popped in for quite a few items ordered on the app.
As the app says, wait at the collection point which I did, as usual, and was asked what I wanted, by a miserable man. I explained that I placed my order on the app, and was here to pick up like I always do. He eventually asked me for my name, and how many items I'd ordered then pretty much threw them on the desk and just walked off.
Clearly a bad day that needs to be taken out on customers.
Thankfully we've got toolstation.

The staff a great and they have most items although it can be a pain when they don?t have the 1 item you need to complete your order.

Always have what we need & most of the staff are very knowledgeable so if you're not quite sure on something they will probably be able to get you on track with the exact things you do need. Also a good sized car park with several disabled spaces too. It's always such a handy place to go for all your DIY needs and more if I'm honest. Definitely recommend going here if you need any help with what you need for the job you want completed. Top marks from me!!!
