The staff a great and they have most items although it can be a pain when they don?t have the 1 item you need to complete your order.

Always have what we need & most of the staff are very knowledgeable so if you're not quite sure on something they will probably be able to get you on track with the exact things you do need. Also a good sized car park with several disabled spaces too. It's always such a handy place to go for all your DIY needs and more if I'm honest. Definitely recommend going here if you need any help with what you need for the job you want completed. Top marks from me!!!

Appalled at the customer service i received today. The girl who served me was quick in saying she knew nothing about DIY. She couldn't be bothered to help me out and was rude.

It was fantastic. On a Sunday when no chance is possible in South Africa, Screwfix had just what I needed in just a moment. Who would have thought this kind of service was even possible. WOW is an understatement.

Stock levels are far from good, the last three times I have popped in for various things I have come out with nothing. Not brilliant!
