I have been feeling rubbish all week , I didn't want to get worse over the bank holiday weekend, so I phoned the pharmacy this morning asking for a consultation with the pharmacist , they gave me an appointment for mid day , I got checked over and given antibiotics within half an hour, absolutely fantastic service, taking pressure off the GP's

Phoned up the chemist this morning as I could not get my sons medication from my own chemist or order them. I was greeted lovely on the phone and really helpful. I went back later as their computer had crashed, because just in case the medicine they had belonged to another patient. I then went back in the afternoon. Greeted lovely and the staff was friendly. The medicine was spare so I was able to have the prescription. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly from initial phone call to service from the pharmacist and staff at the chemist.

I use this pharmacy on a regular basis to be honest it's recently had a refurbishment & looks fantastic but the staff are excellent & very friendly and helpful

Visited the pharmacy today to get a new medication on prescription. Greeted immediately by polite and pleasant staff member. Prescription took only a few minutes to be completed. When handed out by Amy the pharmacist she ensured I knew exactly how to take the medication and made sure I had no concerns.
Great service will definitely use this pharmacy again.

I went in to see the pharmacist as part of the common ailments scheme. She was very knowledgeable and was able to sort me out with something in no time at all. Very personable and approachable and left me feeling very reassured. Thank you
