Terrible service. They blame surgeries for not sending prescriptions when they haven?t even requested them, and this has happened many times. They also never answer the phone!

Absolutely shocking service. I phoned on Friday for a flu vaccination to be told there is a drop in clinic on Monday and come down any time. On arriving I was told the information given was wrong and all bookings had been taken. Get your act together Rowlands

I have moved house and can no longer get my meds from my original pharmacy. I had always had them within four/five working days of ordering.At Garden Village I waited a week and no meds. I finally had them and when I said it had taken a long time, the lady on the phone said "You were lucky, it usually takes 10 days" as if I was somehow privileged.If I put my script into the surgery any earlier, they can't prescribe as it is too soon after the previous one.

Absolutely shocking ive been prescribed anti depressants off the doctor and cant even get em off this chemist as they said it takes 10 days to order them, its not an amazon delivery for god sakes i came off the tablets before as these are incapable of producing my medication
