Went down hill since Christine and Caroline left. I get a weekly prescription, I come at the same time every week and I?m still waiting 35 - 45 mins. You can actually here the staff disrespecting the customers who are upset about waiting for 40 mins plus

Absolutely shocking service, they never answer the phone, there doesn't seem to be any kind of system or reasoning behind how they get or give the prescriptions out. I will not be using this pharmacy again

Feel sorry for the staff, impossible job dealing with rude public who have no patience- we all have to queue. Probably need a bigger premises with more staff to deal with 17,000 patients from the surgery next door! My one concern is when I went to collect a prescription, they could only dispense part of it & asked me to return the following day. When I did return they said they had no record of it saying it was over a month since they last had the required prescription yet they still dispensed part of it 24 hours earlier - REALLY?!? - unfortunately events such as this do not inspire confidence & my concern is someone could become gravely ill due to errors such as this.

Staff are not knowledgeable and it often takes multiple trips for them to fulfill a Rx. They blame the suppliers yet are the only pharmacy chain in the area 'struggling'. Best part is, it's not even a POM. Terrible service. Avoid!

I attended the pharmacy today with my daughter who suffering a flare up with eczema and couldn't get into gp and the staff were very helpful and friendly and directed me to the pharmacist who prescribed an emollient on the common ailment service. I was unaware of this service the manager provided me with a leaflet to take away signposting all other ailments that the pharmacist can help with.

Absolutely shocking service if I could rate this minus 5 I would told wait for txt for your medication and don?t phone , but what do you do if it?s 2 weeks late , now I?m phoning and guess what no answer happens time and time again, and half the time not got all my medication. Then they say they?re bizzy so if they that bizzy they must be making a lot of money so I?m ploy someone to answering phones
