Other than a couple of staff members here who let the team down it?s a really kind pharmacy who I have majority of the time had a great easy experience with!
Two employees in particular,
I would like to give a shoutout to Megan, she is amazing at her job. Not only is she welcoming to customers but she is thorough with her job and does everything she can to make visits quick and stress free. Since she has been here I have really found any issues that I come across get sorted and dealt with straight away and she is very polite and professional.
Another lady here who I haven?t seen for a couple weeks unfortunately I do not know her name she is petite with brunette short hair, lovely lovely lady always kind and polite, smiles and has always sorted things out for me and my baby.
Thankyou girls for making what can be stressful situation for a mother and baby easier you make this world a better place x

Very good service, had a couple of problems with orders but they apologised and put it right or told me politely how to put it right even though I was annoyed they still apologised. You are waiting at times when they are busy but they say sorry to keep you waiting but you find these problems in any chemist you go to, I find very helpful and patient.

I've been waiting about 4 mins for the three staff hiding behind the counter to acknowledge me, or the customer behind me, slow isn't the word , I've not used this branch since I was given someone else medication and then told I was wrong ( before the actually inspected the bag ) it doesn't appear that any progress made
