Don?t answer their phone, lie about not having stuff in as they can?t be bothered to do it under common ailment scheme???partner got a script and picked medication up from them the same day in the end but they didn?t have it and couldn?t get it. JOKE!!

Constantly ignore telephone calls, staff are lazy checking prescriptions have everything. Often bounce you to the doctors to make you chase medication. Lie to you when you call to see if your medication has arrived. Telling you it has arrived when it hasn?t. Worst pharmacy in Wrexham.

Been here a couple of times over the last couple of weeks with the same issue as well as being to the doctors.
Went to visit the pharmacist for some advice and they spoke loudly about our condition in front of everyone.
Second time we went regarding the same situation and the pharmacist didn?t check up why we wanted more medication just give us more with no guidance what to do next.
Went again today as the condition has passed on to myself and the pharmacist didn?t check me at all. Prescribed medication without knowing my condition just went from my word not even any description of what the matter was just what I thought it could be. Then gave me the medication without any guidance of how to use it. Not the best experience

If I could give 0 stars I would. Place has gone downhill massively over the last 2 years its a joke and will be finding another pharmacy not linked to Rowlands

Just sat there for 30 mins and I had a appointment 10.30am sat until 11am and they said I haven't booked a appointment then found me and said you will have to wait 20 mins every time is the same I will not be going there again borras chemist is much better my girlfriend has no problems like that there if you have got loads of time on your hands then go there but appointment times mean nothing to them as u will wait a good hour extra

They need to close at 8 because you will be waiting 1 hour on the street. No need to be keeping people waiting that long.

Never once had a full prescription allways had to go back for a item that wasnt in stock. Allways ridiculously busy and allways a long wait for your script. Dont know if that is because it is attached next door to the Drs if thats the case it needs to be located in a new premises. Also they never answer the phone to you. After a certain time of rings it just rings off and stops ringing. 6 times in a row i rung today. Its just not good enough service.

My Son has had reoccurring bouts of tonsillitis and was repeatedly prescribed antibiotics. I brought him to this pharmacy, they investigated why they thought he might be getting it so often, which seemed to stem from chronic nasal congestion. The pharmacist prescribed him an antihistamine and steroid nasal spray with his last lot of antibiotics. Fair play, he has had no issues since he had been prescribed this medication. Very professional service.
