Very surprised and disgusted ! My son was in a great deal of pain and he needed alupurinal! The pharmacist was there reading! When I asked to speak to him his assistant said he had no more appointments left!!! Absolutely disgusting that he should refuse treatment! Is that what he believes is good treatment? He was the nearest prescribing pharmacist! How can he be so blasé and ignorant! I didn?t want to give any stars, but it won?t accept zero!

We left this pharmacy due to the rudeness and incompetence of the staff. My doctor told me my prescription had been sent 3 days previously yet the woman in the chemist stated that we'd had my prescription over a week ago. I tried to explain but she just kept repeating what she had said and wouldn't listen. As this happened the next month and the next we left. We now travel to Alexander's Caia Park where the staff cannot do enough to help.

Rude assistant. I rang to see if they had the medication I needed. Before I had a chance to finish the name of the tablets she interrupted me and said no and put the phone down. It wasn't so much what she said but how she said it. Needs speaking to.

Excellent pharmacy. Staff always willing to go the extra mile if they are able. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and quick with prescriptions. Does get busy sometimes but you should never rush the pharmacist. It's important they give out the right medication to the right people. 5 out 5 every time.
