Visited today just before closing time, stood in the queue and observed a very rude staff member addressing a customer in a very uncomfortable manner. I think the staff member was very impatient due to it being near knock off time. Won't be coming here again as the customer service seems non existent. Even though it wasn't directed at me, it made myself and probably all the other customers within earshot very uncomfortable.

Staff were okay some where verry helpful but others where quite dismissive it?s a nice little shop they have just enough items but if your looking for a lot of things you might be dissapointed I?d go back again but I do prefer other branches.

Love this store cant keep away from it a Great shop staff are good wish it was open later and hsve more stocks as chester , but love place also wish you could buy online items sell fast have too purchase items when see them staff are good helpfully purchased loadsof really nice items here love place and the items , be great if there was cafe in there great place for wrexham and fashion and household tooo excellent for town

It's Primark. It does what it says on the tin. Cheaply made clothes at low prices. Don't expect designer wear or top end quality.

Primark in Wrexham is pretty reasonable for price, staff are friendly and are always helpful to people. Highly recommended!

The staff are okay, some are really helpful. The stock (which isn't exactly the store's fault) isn't great, very odd colours...! Still, many items are still well price.

Got some great value jumpers, also some checked shirts which were half price fantastic value had lots of choice and lots of offers too this is a great store!
