A massive thank you to the kind gentleman that served me in 02 hope street today, i was so stressed as potentally could have lost everything on my Samsung S22, which had a wraped battery, got a new phone and he also transferred all my data, so helpful and explained everything, couldnt have done enough for a very stressed teary women. Thank you to the manager aswell. I cant recommend these guys enough.

Anyone else Fed up if walking into stores or calling 02 and being let down because the adviser is not British & only speaks broken English then they get mad on you cus you can't understand. What happened to British workforce? 02 losing a customer because of this. I've tried to upgrade 3 months. Can't. Cus every person I speak fails to understand UK laws that 02 are breaching on my contract.

Staff didn?t have a clue how to deal with my complaint. Rude and not polite at all ended up calling o2 to sort by complaint out which wasn?t much better . Horrible Rude staff will not recommend as the customer service is non existent.

I went to 02 on Wrexham High street this morning . All the staff were very friendly especially Michael who dealt with me.. He sorted out a great deal for me and it was much better than I ever expected.. The store was very busy and Michael at times was helping others as well as me. I honestly don't know how he did it !!!
He was very professional but lovely with it.
Thank you sooooo much for all you did - I am over the moon with my new phone. I will definitely be recommending this 02 store to my friends and family. Thanks again MIchael .. Bel :) ?????

Do not go there, very unprofessional staff, waited over 30 minutes not to be seen, another customer after us was seen before us,walked out in the end!

A big Thank you to Jeni who was so helpful yesterday with my IPhone upgrade. You explained everything with so much knowledge and understanding and went above and beyond helping me get my Blue Light 25% discount - which has been approved today.
I must also shout out Georgia who was equally as helpful when I visited the Hope St store the previous week. A great Team ???
