No garlic bread in my order and mac n cheese very small even tho ordered separate not in meal deal side orders, deliveroo refunded 80pence although it's not the point, item missing ruined the experience

This visit was an utter disaster. Waited at the desk nobody came to seat us. I went to the toilet upon coming back my wife was seated but no menus. After ringing in advance for a party of 8 we were told “we don’t reserve tables at a weekend but there’s a party of 10 in, if you come in about an hour they should be going so you’ll be fine”
So we rock up an hour later and the table of 10 are leaving. We even said to the waitress wow perfect timing!
