Mcdonalds chirk well , food lousy and soggy Luke warm and lots of returns from customers complaining of wrong food

Every time i go to chirk mcdonalds they get my order wrong...drive thru you are waiting ages in lay-by....you walk in and you wait ages if order is wrong....staff act like they don't want to be their.....NO customer skills whatsoever ?
