Absolutely shocking service and staff at shop are so rude ?. Told would be delivered within the hour, took 2. Phoned and had ohone put down on me twice by a very arrogant man!!!!only positive is delivery driver was very nice and apologetic. Definitely won't be using again!

I really can't complain about this place. I was skeptical because of the reviews but my god was I impressed. First of all the pizzas with the garlic sauce absolutely banging I loved it plus the chips can't go wrong on point. I know it sounds crazy but making a sandwich outta two slices of garlic donner pizza and chips hits hard would recommend. I do plan on ordering again.

Very clean place and friendly staff. 4 Stars as Delivery Time really needs to improve (I have previously waited 2 hours for their delivery service), as this is really the only thing letting down the establishment. I chose to collect this time around, and they were very prompt.

Just ordered from yourselfs and the chicken kebab has barely any meat and loads of salad, phoned the store and the excuse was that if there is salad there is less meat, at what point does that make sence?? The proportions of the food should all be equal, if this is how you treat your customers now, well im afraid I wont order again!

The quality of food from this place isn't fit even for your dog seriously the gravy was literally a pot of Grease I'd of been so ill if I had of eaten the kebab meat smelt off and was like cardboard as if it have been left to rot!When called to inform them I was completely fobbed off customer care is diabolical I would highly recommend u find somewhere else to eat!

Have previously ordered and really enjoyed the food, tonight it was awful, donner kebab and donner and chips the meat was dry and overcooked like I'd been given the last on the spit. Chicken burger was half the size of the bun and very thin. Won't be ordering from here again, there is many kebab takeaways near here that are a lot cheaper too.

A nice little takeaway.Order online prompts you to download their own app. So we did and placed order.When arrived to collect, staff hadn't seen the order so had to wait.Staff were very dismissive and not particularly friendly.... Food was ok. Wouldn't necessarily revisit

After waiting over an hour saying they can deliver online I ring and they say it?s too far to go. Food quality is poor and will be sticking to where I normally go.

They are delivering so bad food. Smelly and pizza with poor preparation . I ordered chips which was so smelly and pizza cheese so bad.I don?t want to give a star as well.

Ordered for preordered delivery as we had a guest coming later. They brought the food an hour and 20 before the time I had chosen. And I said I didn?t want it as would be cold by the time my guest came. They said just put it in the oven. I said no it?ll be cold. On the phone they said it?s only 50 minutes early (it was an hour and 20) minutes early. I said I set it for a specific time and he said we never looked at the time. I said well sorry but it?s not my fault. He said could you not have taken it. I said about the guest over and over. And said can have It for the right time. He said but we are very busy I said know but I put a specific time for a reason it?s not my fault that you didn?t check the time. He said okay and hung up. So I rang back and said it was rude to hang up and could I confirm that this was coming at the time I originally Put. He said ?I said yes? and then hung up again.

After 90 minutes had a text to say they don?t deliver to my area despite taking the order and delivering here last week and numerous times in the past. It will take 3-5 days for a refund! Very annoyed! When I called to complain they blamed staff shortages. If that?s the case they should not have accepted the order and I could have spent the 90 minutes getting my takeaway from somewhere else

Shame the Takeaway is so badly managed as the food is goodService 0/10One order was over an hour late. Gave benefit of the doubt and gave them another go. 50 minutes after taking my money and order I get a Text informing me my order was cancelled - Utter Dog sh1t
