Friendly and kind staff, but when getting my fish they handled them a bit rough. One of the fish died within an hour which I believe was a result.

Most of the staff are pleasant, just one of the staff, was a little passive aggressive, clearly knew her stuff about fish, but was ready to shoot me down when saying that I didn’t have a big enough tank.
