What?s the point of having the branch if they can?t help you ? On the phone they say your local branch is able to help you yet when you tell them the issues you are facing they say they can?t help .

As i am always very happy to go to different branches of Lloyds, today was really unpleasant. Rude lady asking questions like she was working there as a punishment or something. At least the advisor was very friendly and helped to sort all of the issues.

Poor customer service.unwillingness to listen and support customer.Very unfriendly and rude."Do you have a job?"the rep asked in a very rude manner,with evidence of the job sitting in her hand.Smh.Like really!!!How rude.Suggestion improve international relations.

This is best customer service i get anywhere. With High Street banks closing we need more of what Lloyds Bank Wrexham offer...they are brilliant and always sort out and problem i have and exceed my expectations everytime!!
