I use Kwik fit as my lease car company use them. I have always found the staff and service excellent and will continue using them when I go back to a self owned vehicle soon
Just one point though you really need a full time receptionist as I can never contact you by phone and have to call in person every time
Staff manning the reception are in and out of workshop and very very busy

Had a set of new tyres fitted to my son's car today. Nice friendly staff and helpful. Sorted the fitment of the four new tyres quickly and checked alignment for me as well. All good. Recommended. Thank you
Second visit to Kwikfit Wrexham, this time for my own car needing aircon regas. Again met with friendly staff, job taken care of on time and effectively. This is a good branch, thanks guys.

I booked my car in gone midnight for 9.30am that day, dropped it off on my way to work and collected it later. No problems and so convenient.

I booked in for the first slot available for my MOT and Service. Booked this day on holiday from work, paid all in advance one week before. Seemed all sorted. Later on someone from this branch called me saying to pass the MOT I needed to change a tyre, which i said okay for it. Thinking MOT was done. When i arrived, in the end of the day (4Pm, left my car at 8.30am) on the checkout been told ?my Car should pass the MOT..? i question why MOT wasnt done if thats why i booked it, staff called in sick. They could phone me and let me know before the end of the day but no, they simply phone me in regards of a tyre and i thougt the rest been done. So well done you, making profit but not doing whats been booked for. Unbelievable.
