Had to stand waiting while the sales assistant tried to embarrass me because I wouldn't accept £10 change from £20 in 50p pieces. They made all the people in the queue move to another till and she shouted across that this man is causing your wait because he won't accept the 50p pieces I did not want pockets full of coins. I stood my ground until they relented and went and got some pound coins. Not good customer service at all at the Wrexham branch.

Booked a home delivery online, waited in an did not show up. No contact from the store. My delivery turned up the following day with no apology from store me.
