Depends who's working as to what kind of service you get. One lady with the ponytail and glasses is brilliant, service is fast, but some are so slow and just keep taking orders and not delivering the food and drinks ordered so long waits. 2nd time I have visited this Cafe and it continues to not dissapoint. The food is excellent and always hot. Well done to all the team at Heaven
