Didn?t listen I never have short nails I had to pay £35 and go home and take them off my self and go to a different salon to get them redone there watering down there gels with clear gel to make the last longer so

I've been going to Hannahs for a while now and I've always loved it there. Today I had acrylic multicoloured french tips and honestly it was one of the nicest experienses ive had in a salon. The man doing my nails for me was very kind and considerate and the other workers were also absolutely lovely.I very much enjoyed the experience.Thank you, I will be coming again!Service: Acrylic nails

I understand Christmas is a very busy time for many, many businesses. I took a photo of nail inspiration to hanna nails and when I walked in I was grated as usual by a nail tech asking how they can help. I showed the photo and asked if the design could be done as I didn't want to sit and wait if not able to or could have sat and choose something different. The gentleman said yes that's fine when it was my turn to take a seat 2 bail techs laughed at me. One saying no we can't do that and another saying they don't have time. This made me feel so small and uncomfortable. A lady who was a customer commented and said excuse I heard the lady come in and ask if she could have the nail inspo and heard you say yes. They did something between them which was nothing like the photo but I didn't want to bother anyone so paid an left. I have been going to hanna nails for 12 month solid every 2 to 3 weeks and felt let down Christmas week.

I had my nails done here not long ago.The detail and nails were brilliant. However, they lasted up to 3 weeks and when they were taken off two of the nails were bruised.It has now left nail damage to the bed of my nail
