I changed banks about 2 years ago, joining Halifax.After 40 year plus with previous bank, the Halifax as a bank has been brilliant including the switch overWhat is really useful is having a local branch, Wrexham, which I have had to visit 3 times since joining and on each occasion the service has been outstanding, very helpful.Well done

Today we came into branch to sort out some paperwork. The service we received was 5* Aeron who helped my wife and daughter was both professional and engaging. He made the process easy and deserves credit for his attention to detail and ease of resolving our situation
