“I’ve meant to leave a review for this excellent company hundreds of times because of how truly amazing they are but have never been able to do so, due to some google glitch. Today they excelled themselves yet again so I persevered and ended up downloading the Google app because Total Hair & Beauty absolutely deserve a really big shoutout!My last hairdresser always used Total Hair & Beauty so put me on to them. I used to have hair extensions and had a lot of things from them c/o her, including my Parlux hairdryer and all the products my hairdresser used were from TH&B.Since becoming disabled I don’t go out much and I can’t afford hairdressing, so I do my own hair. I was really pleased to find I could order my supplies direct from TH&B and even more delighted when I discovered they deliver locally - for FREE!I was with my hairdresser 2yrs and I’ve been ordering direct for about 8 years now and throughout TH&B have been totally fantastic. Their prices are by far the best in the UK, for example, the hair colour I use is around half the price it is at Amazon and eBay and they have a really good selection of hair, nail and beauty products, with lots of items you won’t find elsewhere. I used to pass the store regularly and it looks so cute and dinky; the only conclusion I can draw is that it must be a Tardis!Last Friday night at around 8pm I realise with horror that I’ve run out of one of the Vitality Art colours I mix to make my hair colour and it looked like I’d be a festive Badger for Christmas! Despite how amazing TH&B have always been I thought it unlikely any company could get out an order they would effectively received the day before Christmas Eve.On Monday morning, 23rd December, despite the Christmas rush and my late order, my single tube of hair colour was hand delivered to my door, for absolutely nothing.How’s that for incredible service?!It was handed to my husband by the very pleasant person who has been delivering for years. He is always consummately professional and cheery and a fine ambassador for the company; as an example of the staff at TH&B he gives me the impression that they must be a wonderful lot of people. Thanks to all of you, for all the years I’ve been a customer, for being rocksteady reliable - you are truly awesome.?In the days of huge conglomerates running everything it’s refreshing to find a smaller, local company who adhere to good old-fashioned service, who actually care about their customers, from salons buying in bulk to individuals like me, who rely upon them for tiny but essential orders.If you live in the vicinity Chester & Wrecsam you can benefit from their free local delivery; if you’re anywhere in Britain you can have your parcel delivered for a nominal amount.
