“Fantastic gym, the trainers and other members all make you feel very welcome. The gym has a great range of equipment and free weights area. Unlike larger gyms where the classes are too big for the trainers to effectively coach the classes here the classes are a good size which means everyone gets the support they need. Highly recommended gym.”

“Excellent for kids and adults disabled parking lifts to save walking up the stairs lots of changing rooms and lockers £1 coin needed for lockers fair size swimming pool tho odd shape both ends are shallow 1.25m and 1.5m the middle is the deepest but only 2m so no diving basically no jumping in £17 for 2 adults 2 children water side was good fun height restriction 1.2m under must ride with an adult lazy river great to just float around with a jacuzzi in the middle lifeguard male dark hair glasses bit rude because I swam my child from 1 end to the other shouting no children with armbands in the middle I explained I was pushing my child from one end to the other not letting go once he just shouted again and again his attitude was appalling I'm a 40 year old bloke been swimming long enough longer than hes been alive with the same qualifications as him no need for his attitude I'd under stand if my lad was swimming by himself but I was right there only other bad point was the
showers didn't work at all other than that great place to visit”

“Great, helpful, friendly staff!! This place is always so clean, (see the staff constantly cleaning the equipment.) Equipment good. Decent layout. Open all the time. Definitely recommend.”

“I've rejoined after several years away, Tom was very professional and knowledgeable in processing my membership on site.
Car parking is plentiful and as long as you obey simple rules like parking between lines and not using disabled spots without a badge it shouldn't every be a problem .
All areas were clean , and the staff and others members I've met so far are pleasant
Not tried the cafe yet , but it looks busy”
