When I was buying the car the customer service was great .3 days after picking up the car I broke down the engine light came on and there was water leaking into my foot well after making it home eventually I went straight there and asked them to help and fix it the woman I spoke to was so rude absolutely useless basically saying come back again so I did the day later I spoke to the management team and the man I spoke to was really helpful but Becuase I bought this bigger car for work I was left out of work after they couldn?t offer me a courtesy car because I haven?t been driving for long enough after I picked it back up again (4 days later )the limp mode went as they said they replaced the injector and they said they couldn?t find the source of the leak in my foot well after another 3 days I took it back as the leak came back and the seal on my door came of bare in mind they said they pressure tested the pipes to find the cause of the leak after picking it up again a day later they said the problem of the leak was a blocked pipe after they said they pressure tested it and also didn?t fix the seal on the door fast forward a week again the car has gone back into limp mode but u can?t afford to take it back Because I can?t get to work and they won?t offer me a courtesy car if your looking for a second hand car I wouldn?t highly recommend you don?t bother stepping foot in this place as they will take your money then leave you stranded when I problem goes wrong bars in mind I?ve had this car for less than a month and this much has gone wrong and it?s still broken If you do purchase a car from these make sure everything is perfect on the car before you give them your money

Bought my car a few months later found out the wet belt needed changing but because it wasn't due until 6 months after purchase I had to pay for it they honestly dont care about customer service once they have your money
