I bought a double Dorma duvet cover from here and paid £56 just for that, no pillow cases included. The quality is absolutely rubbish! I hate it , but unfortunately once the bedding package has been opened it cannot be returned.
Dorma used to represent quality but the material this quilt cover is made of is cheap and nasty. I've washed it twice to see if it softens the material but it has remained the same. My advice, don't buy a lot of money for a cheap product!
I bought a V shaped pillowcase from here yesterday 7/8/25 to find a big hole in the seam where the stitching had been missed! Don't know who passed it fit for sale but they need their eyes testing!

Good tidy shopping area, loads of items to buy for every room in your house at a reasonable price, even has a cafe on the first floor, to sit down and rest after checking this big store out.

Very good sized store as with Dunelm a large range of products for the home ? We were after some storage boxes for a small chest freezer I was after some metal stacking ones unfortunately the ones I found were to small.
But Dunelm had some plastic ones reduced fitted perfectly freezer tidy I just have to lift out the box to get my food rather than move all the food very pleased.
Good cafe as well I recommend the cheese scone

Spent a fortune Thursday morning in store and I went upstairs to the cafe taking my trolley with me to be spoken to by the women behind the counter put it outside the cafe so I did so then went back to order a breakfast and coffee to which she replied got no breakfast items then I said I will have cheese on toast please she said got no cheese so I said I will have a teacakes same answer got none then a another woman came out of the kitchen to say I think there is a bacon bap left so I said ok I will have that so payed for them went to get a knife to cut my bap the cutlery was covered in dried food showed it her she pulled it out of my hand and grunted get another one then I went to sit down and the tables and floor was filthy dirty I have got photos if you want me to send them to you other customers were all saying the same one lady got wipes out of her bag to wipe the table

Cafe was so dirty it looked like it hadn?t been cleaned for a while as well the cutlery was dirty to, definitely would say McDonald?s next door is cleaner and have better welcoming staff so disappointing.

Plenty of choice, you can get everything you want for all the rooms in your home and they have a cafe upstairs, there is a lift to use for easy access, plenty of parking spaces

I love dunelm, it's a brilliant store, good quality products at a reasonable price, and you can have a cup of tea and some lunch in the cafe upstairs, I visit at least once a week.
