Sarah the assistant was more than helpful her experience was invalid.We went into the store unaware of the mattress we required.Sarah spent a lot of time with us and helped us choose the correct mattress most grateful.

So we bought our Silentnight mattress from
Dreams 4 years ago, it has broken this year in one part and assessor was sent out. He said it was due to the distance between our bed slats not within tolerance. He went on to admit himself that it SHOULD be made clear upon purchase by Dreams staff the bed frame slats distance in order to support the mattress properly- which it wasn?t! And he said Silentnight mattresses are not the quality that they once were, and that the mattress personal test machine is a load of rubbish! We have been rejected on our claim though the mattress is within the 5 year guarantee. But we feel ill advised my the Dreams staff after paying a lot of money for the product. Won?t be buying another from

An assistant soon came to help me, but without being oppressive. Andrea listened to my preferences, got the computer to do its thing, and got me to test 6 or 7 different mattresses to see which I preferred. Subsequently I wanted to change my order and that was just as smooth and simple. I hope I don?t need to, but I would certainly go back again.

Great experience Andrea helped us navigate through the minefield of pillow and mattress purchase. there was no high pressure sales. It was all very amenable and we left with a delivery date two weeks in the future for a new mattress of our choice . Will definitely use again.

I visited the branch in Wrexham with my son to look for a double bed. I have trouble with my back. I was greated by Jeff who was very friendly and helpful. He helped me chose a mattress gave me a pillow to use so I could test them. Then he left us to decide and try all the mattress. He offered us a drink while we decided. We were very impressed with everything. Thank you Jeff.
