Absolute scam! I brought a phone here and when I took I home it wouldn't charge so I took it back to them hoping they would give me my money back or so they could fix it since I had my receipt with me plus it had a 12 month Warranty! but they just turned around and said I must have damaged it by pushing the charger in. When I said I didn't they said they don't sell Faulty products when l said to them that I didn't do anything to it and it in fact was Faulty they got cocky and told me I was lying the even asked me if I wanted to give the it back for nothing so I just left Absolutely unacceptable do Not come here!!!!

A massive thank you to the very kind man at dog n bone wrexham today, he went above and beyound to help me when i was so stressed, potentially losing everything on my samsung s22 phone as battery had wraped. He was an absolute life saver, i am so grateful to him and his kind staff. Cant recommend these guys enough

I took in my phone late December as it was in bad condition, with both screens cracked they offered a price of £100 pounds which wasn?t too bad. When i picked up my phone it was dead I thought it was weird but didn?t think too much in to it.My phone was relatively new and had perfect battery health.After using the phone for a few days i realised that my phone would not last longer than 30 minutes. I was speaking to a colleague the other day and they had a similar issue where their battery had been swapped for an old one. Im now wondering whether this happened to me or they?ve damaged my battery. Honestly I don?t recommend not really a trusting place.

Had phone screen repaired after few days buttons freeze have to switch it off and restart to solve the problem I was warned not to use these guys should of listened never again

Wish I had read reviews. Told to collect iPad late afternoon today which was dropped off yesterday. Girl could not have cared less as she told me it was not ready and it would be Monday. Now having to change plans to. Be able to collect. Appalling service AVOID.
