We just dropped in for a quick cup of coffee and the serving staff could not have been nicer but several of the other customers were either drunk or on drugs. It was just after lunch and it ruined our experience.

A great place to start with a coffee if traveled a fair distance to get to Wrexham. Then you could easily spend the day in town. Not the cleanest with trays left on tables. We took our own backto counter. Staff were friendly.
Parking: Parking on short stay very expensive. 100 yards down road long stay alot cheaper.
Wheelchair accessibility: Disabled parking outside shop. Out of car into coffee shop. Great

OK place clean and staff friendly enough score for food is because choice getting boring now much preferred costa when they started m&s sandwich 's and the kids pizzas etc

Very good. Very spacious and very clean. It was not too busy and the food and drinks were hot, the tables were clean and there was plenty of space. This Costa is in a shopping retail park and there is a charge for parking.

No matter what city in England I am in, I look for ?Costa Coffee? everywhere; this is already a tradition. This particular coffee shop has an interesting interior inside, there are tables outside, and, as always, friendly and polite

Costa Ruabon always nice place to catch up with friends.. fast friendly service.. much better than Costa near Sainsbury's
