Service was really slow seemed to serve the drive in first. Tables were not cleared toilets were dirty staff didn't seem to care whether they served you or not

Air conditioning was out of order. Quite hot inside at the time we were there. Nice clean tidy to eat and drink.

There is one particular person who repeatedly gets your order wrong,in fact it's happened 5 times in total! It's just putting the right syrup in your latte,but time and time again he gets it wrong, constantly chews gum,which isn't very professional.
There seems to be a high turnover of staff,none of them seem to be having the right barista training,how to talk to customers, just the basics!

At the moment the staff are all new and fairly inexperienced causing a queue to form right up to the entrance. The girl taking the orders wasn?t taking names so there was a possibility of the drinks getting mixed up; which happened to me. Couldn?t see any experienced members of staff to help them out unfortunately.

Typical Costa coffee and plain croissant were passable. However service was slow and difficult to find a table that had been cleared of dishes when it didn't look particularly busy.

Very nice indeed
It all looked good, l was just a bit sad that I couldn't get to eat exactly what I wanted due to being on a very strict diet, but coffee was good.
