Spent a fortune on over priced bathroom wall cladding and twice now they've failed to deliver it to the local branch, the second time they FORGOT.
This has caused me to lose the plumber for some time now as he's had to find other work.
I didn't buy my toilet and sink unit here because the same is half the price everywhere...
