After the staff member tried to sell us every extra under the sun, we got our meal. It was nice, but not by anymeans hot, warm at best, likewise the chips. Yes I could have gone back to mention this but there where lots of people waiting to place orders and I just couldn't be bothered.

It's always a pleasant experience at the Wrexham Burger King. The staff are always friendly and helpful but Steven stands out as one of the best! Nothing is too much trouble for him and he's always got a smile on his face. Thank you Steven for the help you gave to me!Wheelchair accessibility: A nice wide entrance with plenty of room for manoeuvring around to the tables.

Very quick with ordering and receiving our food, while I was waiting for food Steven came over and cleared plus cleaned our table as it was left messy by previous customers. Needed more sauce and asked Steven who was more than happy to help and making sure all customers were happy and sorted, great

My order was correct nothing wrong with it at all and was given plenty of fries. A worker in the Wrexham burger king called Steven was very polite and cleaned the tables amazingly.

Placed order on machine, food arrived promptly, tasted great. Saw a young fella, Steven, running round chatting to customers, cleaning etc. Always a smile on his face, like the rest of the staff. A credit to the brand.

Chilled atmosphere. Good burgers, shame they don?t offer coffee but other then that, good service and clean. Steven was lovely and made sure the food was good and the place is clean.
