Less collections compared to plas coch.. went to buy ?ordinary? products, couldnt find and even staff was not sure about where its placed. Otherwise staffs were nice and friendly.

I don?t normally go to this Boots as they never have any tills open. The last time before this occasion they were 28 people queuing at the make up counter which was disgraceful. However I visited yesterday as it was convenient. What an absolute disaster! Again no tills open so I went to the make up counter where I was served by the most rude NO 7 assistant. I had purchased over £100 worth of products and had a voucher to use. I gave it to her with my boots card and left. I checked my receipt as I was leaving as she was too busy chatting and I didn?t trust she had done it. I was right and none of my points or voucher had been applied. I went back and she was visibly annoyed that I came back to ask her to put them on. She said she would have to do it manually which I said was fine. She continued to gossip to another young girl about that she had something to tell her later about someone in their. She asked for my boots card 3 times so I asked if there was a problem with it she then abruptly told me ?I don?t have to do this you know?
I couldn?t believe it! I left and went to Plas Coch Boots today and asked a lovely assistant called Sofie to check my card and if she had put my points and added my January voucher and unbelievably she hadn?t done it again.
This girl needs serious customer service training as she is rude, unprofessional and made me feel like I was intruding on her gossiping. Her name is Mol and she had a No 7 jacket on. I won?t be going back to this Boots again.

I would first like to note the pharmacist assistant was lovely and really tried to help the situation. However, the actual Pharmacist was very abrupt and rude when asking for my address I explained that I had recently moved and had changed the address but it must not have updated. I explained that I had ID on me that I could show, to which he then rudely spoke down to me asked for my dob and hand me my medication which he need enough threw over the counter. Very unhappy with the service I received I will be changing pharmacy.

Abrupt and unapologetic when I had to go back down to the store as prescription was incomplete. Sorry goes a long way. Extra parking charge for me due to their mistake.
