The whole selection, moving and administration during the house move was very well controlled and I was looked after so well. Communication was excellent and Lauren (Wrexham Branch) was brilliant from showing me around the bungalow to handing me the keys. Massive thankyou and well done Lauren and Beresford Adams.

Very professional from start to finish. All the staff were very friendly and Lauren gave us good advice and support throughout the sale. We did consider using the modern method of auction but the numbers given to us were considerably lower than what we eventually achieved so, with Lauren's support we used the conventional method to sell our property and received an offer on the first day of viewing, it has been smooth sailing and 3 months later we have completed! Very happy with Beresford Adams Wrexham.

Holly and Lauren from the Wrexham office have been amazing. In our search for a house in the area, they have been proactive in sending information about properties on and about to come on their books, taking a detailed note of what we are looking forward. They return calls promptly, provide detailed information about the houses they are selling, forward links to properties matching our wish list and are making this search so much easier. This might sound really basic Estate Agent-ing, but has not been our experience with many high street agents. If you are on with them, they are working tirelessly to get your property before buyers. Well done both and to whoever manages you/wider company ethos. This is clearly standard good practice and not just certain personnel.

Great service from start to finish from Lettings Manager Annie Gilchrist, and also Lettings Negotiator Lewis Holden. They have been straight forward, responsive, friendly, helpful and professional throughout. I would absolutely use their services again.

I?ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Beresford Adams and would strongly advise others to steer clear. Despite numerous emails, they have consistently failed to respond, and every promise of a call back has been completely ignored. It's now been over three months since I moved out, and they are still withholding my housing deposit without any clear explanation or resolution. Their communication is nonexistent, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable. Avoid this agency if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

I strongly advise against using this agency to manage any property. In my experience, they have consistently demonstrated a complete lack of capability in handling even basic responsibilities.
From withholding funds without clear explanation, to failing to take or provide accurate meter readings, their service has been disorganised and frustrating. Every time you contact them for information, no one seems to know what?s going on ? and promises of a callback are rarely, if ever, fulfilled.
There is a clear lack of accountability, with staff turnover so high that it's impossible to know who is managing what. You?re constantly being passed from one person to another with no resolution in sight.
In short, they are not equipped to manage properties in a professional or reliable manner. AVOID at any cost !!!!
