Vaughan and his team have been excellent in their service , professionalism and enthusiasm which has been a refreshing change to any estate against I have previously used. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting a top class estate agent who knows the area , and has a wealth of experience of every aspect of selling houses in the wrexham area and surrounding areas . Terrible! Me and my partner have had two viewings arranged with these and they cancelled both and the second one they called us to change the time then a little later called to cancel, very unprofessional compared to other estate agents we have had viewing with

The Wrexham branch are probably the worst estate agents I?ve had to deal with in 40 years and all I have tried to do is book viewings for properties with them.They don?t answer the phone and provide no evening or weekend viewings.Thankfully I found this out early and will be recommending all friends and family to avoid these guys and go to one of many other estate agents in the local area.I?m also not surprised in the slightest to read other reviews here mentioning how horrendous they are.Maybe if they spent less time scrolling Instagram and Tiktok on their phones all day and actually did viewings they would sell more houses.

Utterly terrible. They are a crooked company enabling predatory landlords looking to scam their tenants. I had nothing but issues throughout my tenancy and the support provided was abysmal.They have attempted to steal my deposit by hyper inflating quotes for any work done at the property. Work which was no doubt done by one of the dodgy landlords mates looking for a quick cash injection in the form of my deposit. £140.00 for 'cleaning' of a flat I left clean and £45.00 to replace a £3 doorstrip. Nowhere have I been able to find quotes so high for the above work. What else can you call the above other than criminal?I cannot stress enough how much you should avoid this company.

We cannot fault the flawless experience we have had from Belvoir. We noticed our neighbour sold her home with Belvoir after only being on the market for the week. They gave me the contact details for Vaughan, who was more than accommodating with coming over to discuss our needs and view the property at a time that suited us. You can tell he and the team care about each property they are entrusted to sell with the level of details with the photos taken and descriptions. We were keen to be on the market as soon as possible and Vaughan made sure the listing was ready and live within a few days for us.As soon as our home was on the market, we were inundated with appointments and interest, which was amazing and shows the powerful market presence Belvoir has. We received feedback from the team after each day of appointments.I have dealt with Vaughan, Felicity and Aimee, who have all been professional, friendly and prompt whenever I have been in touch with the office.Many thanks to all the Belvoir Team!

As similar to reviews below, poor service. From being told I forgot to nudge them to being palmed of for about the 4th time, moving across to Wrexham through Belvoir has become impossible. It would seem you what you are told and what you receive are two very different things. Shame as they clearly have some nice properties to let!

Wrexham branch are an absolute shambles! Very unprofessional and terrible communication - different staff saying completely different things and contradicting themselves, agents texting on their phones during viewings, no callbacks after multiple requests, no replies or confirmation of receiving emails and completely bizarre application policy. AVOID!*Response to your reply*Firstly, congratulations on replying to a public review so quickly! Unfortunately you definitely didn?t offer that response to the number of emails we sent (I?m more than happy to forward the email trail and when we had to ask for confirmation that you?d even received our emails).Secondly, four of us went to view a property with you and all four of us had to interrupt your agent whilst he was repeatedly texting on his phone to ask him questions about the property. This agent also told us that there had been very little interest in the property and that we could apply and pay a holding deposit to take the property off the market.After numerous emails and phone calls to the office with promises of callbacks that didn?t happen, we finally spoke to someone else who told us the complete opposite and that there had been several viewings and applications.Finally, your lack of concern about running a company in this manner and the fact that you are implying that we are lying about the awful experience we had dealing with you (we have absolutely no reason to do this and actually withdrew our application because we were so concerned about your unprofessionalism/were not declined by the landlord, as you also implied in your public reply), rather than trying to rectify the incredibly poor service leads me to repeat my previous review?. AVOID!
