They're only getting 1 star because It won't let me put 0 stars but DO NOT GO WITH THIS BRANCH. I have had nothing but trouble with them. Money constantly going missing out of my bank that the branch blame me for but customer services agree is their fault not mine. Today I went in simply to order a new card and try and access my online banking. To be spoken to like something off their shoe. To be lied to multiple times until they realised I knew what I was talking about. Tried to refuse my money although I had everything I needed. I was then assaulted by one of the women when I stopped and turned around because she was following me out shouting abuse at me. This is being taken further. Absolutely shocking behaviour!It amuses me that every other comment has a reply except mime. Clearly they cannot take responsibility for the fact one of their staff assaulted me! Which will be on cctv!! Shocking company. I wouldn't go back if there was ko other bank available

Little bit a wait in the que for the desk but a lovey lady called Sonya came to ask what we needed to do. She was fantastic not only did she help me with what I needed to do she also opened a bank account for my little one and suggested ways I could earn more interest on my savings by opening blue rewards accounts. She went above and beyond and put up with a baby and crazy toddler running around whilst she sorted everything! Thank you!

Counter service closed when you need it!!People work you know during the day!And the app to submit cheque into account will not accept all types ofcheques!

Horrible service at Barclays Wrexham branch. Got there on a Friday around 3pm after work to deposit a US check and found the branch to be empty of any staff. After a while a member of staff got to me to inform me I would have to come back during the week 9.30-2pm only In order to deposit my check. Has this branch acknowledged the fact that people work??? So now I have to miss a day in work cause they don?t have to staff to help customers?! Total lack of respect for people that work and can?t make it in time to deal with things. What?s the point of having a branch if they can?t deal with their customers? Will have to change bank cause can?t afford to miss days in work every time I need to deal with a bank issue.

Absolutely fantastic service they went above and beyond to help me. Due to covid restrictions and working full time it hasn't been easy sorting out my family's banking needs. The Wrexham branch closed at 2pm and I had an urgent matter that needed to be dealt with the Manager kindly allowed me inside after closing and along with two other staff resolved my problem. I cant thank them enough. They were brilliant.

I had a visit in this branch recently and I was very happy at the behviour and professionalism of the community banker Amanda who dealt with me in a very kind,loving and helping way.She not only set an appointment by calling me but also completed my account opening beyond the closing time.I was amazed at the level of commitment to work and service to customers.Othee customers wete also being dealt very well.Thumbs up.

Haven't banked at Barclay for 10 year after previously being with them for 27 years. Poor customer service in the end and a £100 incentive, I moved to TSB (Lloyds at the time), started off great, customer service getting worse as profits become priority over people. When are banks and other greedy corporations going to realise, WE are their bread & butter & jam & lobster & caviar ....Banks are greedy retards. Greed is NOT good.
