“Thanks to Nigel and all at Lindops Wrexham. I have a RAV4 Hybrid which incidentally I love. It is not 3 years old till November.Unfortunately I incurred a cracked Windscreen a few weeks ago. Inconvenient I thought, but the insurance will cover it. Took the car into Lindops. Nigel, (he's the man who can) guided us thro' the minefield of car insurers "double speak" in relation to replacement windscreen cover.You see, insurance cover for windscreens is very simple, a small £75 excess, and hey presto, off you trot to their "approved" windscreen replacement specialists.However, when you want your trusted dealer, in this case Lindop Toyota to do the work, insurers get stroppy. Sufficient to say Nigel and Lindops sorted it out with all the requisite Toyota replacements and required recalibration etc.We were going away on holiday for 2 weeks. So when they got the approval to go ahead from the insurers, Lindops picked up the car from our driveway.I picked up the car yesterday, all pristine and perfect.Well done Lindops, Nigel and all the staff. “We’ve used Simon before when returning a PCP 5 Series BMW back to BMW and we had a fair few ‘issues’ to deal with to avoid a hefty bill; he was superb then (think at Chips Away at the time) and so when it was time for our Mercedes C350e to go back we reached back out to him. I had managed to bump the skirt on our front wall a good while back and been meaning to sort for ages, one of those jobs that gets kicked down the road for fear of cost and hassle. Simon takes all of that ‘hassle’ away. He’s a very trustworthy and genuine chap and due to tight schedule on Saturday of kids footy etc. he even agreed to collect the car and drop it back. Would never hesitate to recommend - sorted out our ‘problem’ for us again at a very reasonable cost, done to a very high standard and done with a smile on his face. Quick check on their system confirmed I was and hadn't used my voucher yet. Certainly, I wasn't going to say no. A small and simple thing, sure, but great customer service for me, thanks, Teagan!
