Often a great store to shop at which is easily accessible by public transportation. Great that there is a Starbucks on site too! Usually has most things I need, best to go earlier in the day though :)
Today staff took my ID for some alcohol but never removed the tag, 5 staff members were standing around talking and didn?t even notice me trying to get their attention to remove it.
They also never have any trolleys inside the store, you have to take one from across the car park in yourself.

My wife and I shopped at Asda for many years but 8 months ago we changed to Sainsbury?s after many times found the staff rude and very unhelpful the difference we?ve found is amazing so Sainsbury?s it is now the reason I?m posting this now because we popped there today as there is a Tim?s in there to re hell my wife boots,so I went in for a couple of things. And no surprise staff rude AGAIN last time I ever step foot in that place

Never has any stock, never has any scanning handsets, never has trollies. The last time I went there wasn't a single trolly available, so had to walk around the carpark and find one for myself. We've vowed never to come here in future.

Used to be a great store but it?s gone right downhill lately. Only went today to pick a couple of items up. Shelves bare as usual and store looks scruffy and unclean. Topped off by some woman screaming and swearing at another customer at the self service trolley checkout. Staff just looked on!! The language she used was despicable infront of young children and families. Shocking place

I could give 0 if I could I rarely shop here but today I was working late and I got home late and 10 minutes to 10 the staff said sorry we don?t let anybody in after 9.50! Lidl and Aldi are not like that. So change the closing time to 9.50 you morons!!

Went to Asda money Travel desk for euros. Great service from Bethan who provided me with advice and assistance on how the new top up debit card works. Also helped me with how the app works. Nothing was too much trouble. After my holiday I had money left on my card so popped back in to store and Bethan helped me again to exchange it back to sterling. I highly recommend Bethan for any currency spends. Thank you.
