Absolutely fantastic service!!! I bought a heating pad from Argos in Telford yesterday. It didn?t work and I lost my receipt. The two wonderful ladies that helped me this morning, were able to find my order and replace the defective heating pad very quickly. I cannot say enough about how happy I was with their service!!!

Ordered wireless mouse online. Made a purposeful journey to collect it only to find that the USB connector was missing. Knowing that I would be unable to return it for a while, I tried to speak to someone in the store to explain. After a very frustrating 10 minutes with the usual robot, I was cut off. Trying again, I eventually spoke to someone who was nowhere near the UK never mind the store I was after. When are companies going to realise that this level of poor service only makes things worse. It is false economy on their part!

Awful customer service. I placed an order for an item online for the only reason it said I could collect right away. However when I ordered it showed up saying I couldn?t collect until next day. I rang up and tried to discuss this after waiting on hold for 20 minutes, the woman who answered the phone was extremely abrupt and kept saying she couldn?t do anything about it. I then cancelled my order myself and now I?m -£150 just two days before Christmas and the refund may take up to 7 days. Shambles.

How is it you see the product. CheckKnow it is in stock. CheckIs in the store ready. CheckPaid up front online, go in and then get told it arrives tomorrow. ...... huhBut you type on the machine in store all the details on the check stock machine now.It's there.....So you could pay again and pick it up NOW through the machine. Even thought you have everything codes and proof already.Your contradicting you're selves love.I'm literally physically in bits in agony and went to pick up the item as it was my saving grace excruciating pain now have to return tomorrow.I'm not impressed at all. No compassion just make sure you here tomorrow. (Yes 24 hours might seem petty but when I'm in bits I NEED IT YESTERDAY to keep me sane. Im aware I sound like a "Karen") I don't care I'm in agony.

Ordered online, picked it up and set it up only to see it's been clearly broken. It looks like someone has literally punched the screen on the top left corner of the TV.Never ordering from them again, you would think they would check the condition before letting us pick it up.

Do not order online, it can not be trusted. Ordered my item for click and collect same day. Wrexham was the store that said I could do this. Paid for my item, to get told I will now need to wait until Tuesday. The website still says if I order now I could pick up same day. This is not the first time either!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Staff shouting at customers to stand back from the counter when already standing on the marked spot. Some lovely members of staff doing really good job but some staff behind counter very rude and condescending. Why do some people think that it?s exceptable to speak to others in this way due to Covid. They dont deserve to be serving the public. When there are enough people with out jobs to be doing it it a descent polite manor
