Absolutely fantastic service!!! I bought a heating pad from Argos in Telford yesterday. It didn’t work and I lost my receipt. The two wonderful ladies that helped me this morning, were able to find my order and replace the defective heating pad very quickly. I cannot say enough about how happy I was with their service!!!

Ordered wireless mouse online. Made a purposeful journey to collect it only to find that the USB connector was missing. Knowing that I would be unable to return it for a while, I tried to speak to someone in the store to explain. After a very frustrating 10 minutes with the usual robot, I was cut off.
