Went in here today looking to get my A/C fixed after going to Halfords and then not being able to regas. Guy offered zero info when I went in regarding what they were gonna do and was completely dismissive. There was a language barrier which certainly didn?t help but he spoke enough English to at-least attempt to explain things but didn?t seem inclined to bother.Left car with them for a bit and they rang me to let me know it needed a new part. No info offered on what was wrong with it other than ?broken?, no explanation of what checks were done or what fixing it would really entail just it?ll cost x amount. When I asked if it would need flushing after as that is what Halfords thought the issue was he said he said he didn?t know but they don?t offer that. Just spend a few hundred for this repair and we don?t know if it will work? who does this? Absolutely no explanation of what I could expect from this repair.Asked if they would offer a guarantee and he hung up on me. Went back in and no questions were answered the guy seemed like he could not be bothered at all. Atmosphere felt hostile so I just left. Customer service was 0/10.This has a lot of positive reviews but my experience was awful. Glad I didn?t proceed any further and I would and will strongly caution people against this place.Service: Air conditioning

Took my car in today to have a new ABS sensor fitted. All the staff are professional and very welcoming, we were also offered a free hot drink while we waited which is very kind of them. Also their dog they have onside is an absolute beauty and super friendly. 5* service all round and I definitely would highly recommend.Service: Brake service & repair

Finally I've found a garage that I can trust, with friendly and helpful people who treated me with respect and kindness when I walked in last week and explained the issue with my car. Not only did they replace my cam belt and water pump quickly and professionally, but they also showed me the problems with both items and explained clearly to me what they had to do to replace them. The staff are all really lovely people, from reception to mechanics, and their friendly dog! I was very relieved and happy with the price they charged me and believe they did the job properly with honesty and hard work. I'm over the moon to have found this gem of a place and thank them all for getting me back on the road again so quickly!Service: Transmission
