“Drove in here at 4:00PM on a Sunday. Car blew an oil seal and dumped its power steering fluid all over the car park. This is a fishing hotel with a small, pub-food menu and a bar that closes early. We booked here because there are wheelchair friendly rooms. The hotel was completely fine with the oil leak, and showed me a space to leave the car for the RAC to pick up. RAC booked a rental for the following day. The hotel were absolutely fine with me dumping a car on them until it could be collected. They held off cleaning my mother's room so we could use it as a base until I collected the rental from Cardiff Airport. We were made welcome and treated warmly throughout our short stay. We'll stay again next year if we need a hotel for the trip home.”
